The First Responder Whiskey Society has released this memorial whiskey bottle for fallen US Marine Sergeant Alec Langen. This project was started with permission from his family. 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this bottle will go to the charity in his name, Running 4 Alec.

A 21+ or older adult must provide a signature at the time of delivery. UPS will attempt delivery three times. If no one is there to sign for the bottle at delivery, UPS will return it to the store. If you want us to send it back to you, we will charge a $25 reshipment fee. You can change your delivery with UPS after they leave the door tag on the first attempt.

Sgt. Alec Langen was killed in a Marine helicopter crash while returning to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar following a training flight from Creech Air Force Base in Nevada. Four other Marines were also killed in the crash.
On the night of February 6, 2024, Sgt. Langen was aboard a CH-53E Super Stallion flying through severe winter weather in the mountains east of San Diego. The helicopter was reported overdue and was later found near Pine Valley. Military officials later confirmed that Sgt. Langen and the other four Marines had died in the crash.
Sgt. Langen served as a CH-53E helicopter crew chief with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 361, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. He was remembered as a dedicated Marine who served with honor alongside his fellow crew members.

The whiskey is first aged in new 53-gallon, medium-charred American oak barrels for up to 8 years. Then, it is rested in-barrel with Chilean Amburana oak staves. It creates a uniquely sweet, yet spicy bourbon whiskey. It has hints of gingerbread and fresh vanilla on the nose. There is a pronounced sweetness on the palate. It shows touches of oak, spice cake, nutmeg, and light brown sugar.
The bottles can be shipped across the United States except for the restricted states of Alaska, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah.
