This commemorative bottle of whiskey has been created by Honor Bound Spirits in San Diego California. The company is marine owned and a friend to all first responders. The bottle boasts superior quality work compared to other engravings because it is sandblasted, not just etched.

Honor Bound Whiskey is an 8-year straight bourbon built on a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. Aged to maturity in charred American oak barrels, it delivers a smooth, well-balanced profile that reflects both tradition and refinement.

On the nose, warm notes of vanilla and toasted oak rise with a subtle sweetness. The palate opens with rich caramel and brown sugar, layered with gentle spice from the rye, offering depth without overpowering the finish. The result is a clean, lingering warmth—approachable yet complex.
