 ----------

Pre-orders for this bottle will occur until September 8, 2024. After that time period, the orders will be made, and they will ship around September 30, 2024. This gives the distillery time to create bottles for the first batch of orders. Any orders after the pre-order time will take approximately 3 weeks for customers to receive their bottles. We appreciate your patience, as the bottles are all handmade!

*21+ OR OLDER ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED* - A 21+ or Older Adult Signature is required at the time of delivery. If you do not have someone there to sign for the bottle at delivery or coordinate with UPS to pick it up at one of their locations, it will be returned to the distillery, and you will be assessed an additional $25 shipping fee if you request to have it sent back out to you.

The NYPD Retired Sergeants Association (RSA) is a distinguished organization dedicated to serving the needs and interests of retired sergeants from the New York City Police Department. The RSA provides a vital network of support, advocacy, and camaraderie for its members, ensuring that the legacy and contributions of these law enforcement professionals continue to be honored and recognized. Through its initiatives, the association offers a range of benefits, including access to health and welfare programs, legal assistance, and social events that foster community among retired sergeants. The RSA is committed to protecting the rights and well-being of its members, while also engaging in charitable activities that give back to the broader community. Whether through lobbying efforts or social gatherings, the NYPD Retired Sergeants Association remains a steadfast pillar for those who have served the city with dedication and distinction.

The Widows and Children’s Fund was established in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Among the law enforcement personnel killed in that horrific incident were active NYPD Sgts. John Coughlin, Michael Curtin, Rodney Gillis and Timothy Roy.

While the Fund initially provided services to the families of SBA members who passed away during the performance of their duties, or for reasons associated with their official duties, it now provides SBA COBRA benefits to the widows and children of active members and to the eligible widows and children of Lifetime members who passed away from causes not associated with their police duties.

The Fund also provides or offers assistance for social events, an annual holiday party where children are presented with gifts, and various events done in commemoration of a fallen member.

The program is also very active in contacting elected officials, as well as the media and parole board to keep those responsible for the killing of police officers in prison for their maximum sentences.

In addition, it is a steadfast supporter of the Metro New York chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), a non-profit organization that provides resources and assists in the rebuilding of lives of surviving family members of police officers who lost their lives in the performance of their duties.

-----
This commemorative bottle of whiskey has been created by Liberty Call Distilling in San Diego California. The company is marine owned and a friend to all first responders. The bottle boasts superior quality work compared to other engravings because it is sandblasted, not just etched.

The whiskey is first aged in new 53 gallon medium charred American oak barrels for 2 years then rested in-barrel with Chilean Amburana Oak staves.  They’ve created a uniquely sweet, yet spicy bourbon whiskey. With hints of gingerbread and fresh vanilla on the nose, there is a pronounced sweetness on the palate while showing touches of oak, spice cake, nutmeg, and light brown sugar.

The bottles can be shipped across the United States except for the restricted states of Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Utah, and Virginia.
